“Soft Edges” Original Painting (study)

I worked on this painting for two days (approximately 9 or so hours). The point of this exploration was to help me focus on soft blends and edges. I have a tendency to over refine and over detail my paintings, so this exploration was about consciously finding the balance of refinement without over-doing it.
